Customers may collect their orders at no additional cost from our cold storage facility during standard business hours.

• 🕒 Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM

🔔 After placing your order, you will receive a collection notification once it’s ready. You may pick up your order anytime within the designated hours.

🚚 Malaysia Delivery

All orders within Malaysia are delivered in temperature-controlled conditions to ensure optimal freshness.

Delivery Timeframes

• Major Cities (e.g. Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang):
  Delivery within 1–4 business days.

• Other Regions:
  Orders are delivered once weekly. Delivery day depends on the specific area and logistics schedule.

📲 You will receive an SMS notification on the day of delivery.

⚠️ For delivery before the weekend, please place your order by Wednesday at 12 PM.
