Order Pickup (Free)

Customers may collect their orders at no additional cost from our cold storage facility during standard business hours.

• Location: Futari Wagyu Cold Store
  Unit 1, 46 Ladner Street, O’Connor

• Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM

After placing your order, you will receive a collection notification once it’s ready. You may pick up your order anytime within the designated hours.

Malaysia Delivery

All orders within Malaysia are delivered in temperature-controlled conditions to ensure optimal freshness.

Delivery Timeframes

• Major Cities (e.g. Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang):
  Delivery within 1–4 business days.

• Other Regions:
  Orders are delivered once weekly. Delivery day depends on the specific area and logistics schedule.

You will receive an SMS notification on the day of delivery.

For delivery before the weekend, please place your order by Wednesday at 12 PM.

Mixed Chilled & Frozen Orders

Orders containing both chilled and frozen items will be shipped separately, and may incur separate delivery fees. Our team will contact you if there are any concerns.
